iRCD

iRCD - a fusion of Rotating Control Device (RCD) with MPD manifold into a single, high-efficiency equipment. Traditional MPD drilling involves separating RCD and MPD manifold skids on-site, adding complexity in terms of setup, logistics, and operational staffing. 

iRCD combines these critical elements into a unified, electrically-powered, compact unit.  This innovative design significantly reduces the footprint of MPD, reduce rig up time and maintenance, and minimize the required crew for operation. 

iRCD features a self-lubricating system and electric actuated latching and unlatching mechanism. This innovative design significantly improves efficiency by reducing installation and maintenance complexity.

Unlike traditional setups, iRCD Pro transforms conventional drilling rigs and MPD systems into a streamlined pressure control solution that is manageable directly by the driller, with MPD engineers providing remote assistance from RTOC.
